Our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program at Touchpoint Health is dedicated to helping individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) achieve psychiatric stability and independence. Our comprehensive services are designed to enhance various aspects of daily living, including mental illness symptom management, healthy lifestyle decisions, interpersonal communication, household management, and more. Our qualified practitioners provide personalized, one-on-one support both at home and within the community to help individuals reacquire, practice, and enhance essential skills.

To qualify for ARMHS, individuals must meet the following state-mandated criteria:
– Be 18 years or older
– Reside in Hennepin, Ramsey, or Dakota Counties
– Be on medical assistance or PMAP
– Have a diagnosis of a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Borderline Personality Disorder
– Have functional impairment in three or more life domains due to the symptoms of the diagnosed SPMI
